Three engagements
Defined work for bounded problems
Each engagement addresses a specific type of question. Each one has a fixed scope, a set timeframe, a single fee, and a written output that your team can use without ongoing involvement from us.
Back to homeScope
Fixed in writing before work begins. What is examined, what is produced, and what falls outside the engagement are all specified.
Duration
Two to six weeks depending on the engagement. The end date is agreed at the outset and does not shift.
Output
A written document, plainly worded, usable by your team without the adviser present. Delivered on the agreed date.
Six weeks · ¥44,000

Choosing
Which engagement fits your situation
If you are uncertain which engagement applies to your situation, the initial conversation will help clarify this. The three questions below are a starting point.
If you are asking —
"Can we actually handle what we are planning to take on?"
An expansion is in prospect and you want to understand the internal constraints before committing to it.
Growth Readiness Assessment →If you are asking —
"Are we priced correctly, and do we actually know why?"
Pricing has evolved through habit and negotiation rather than deliberate decision, and you want to understand what you have.
Pricing Structure Consultation →If you are asking —
"Where is this project actually at, and what should we do about it?"
Progress reports and actual progress have diverged, and the team needs a clear account of current position before deciding on next steps.
Project Recovery Support →Timelines
